Choosing Metta Landscapes is a wise choice because we are a design, build, maintain firm that is owned by a licensed Landscape Architect who demands excellence at every turn. The design-build process ensures that we bring you from start to finish. To begin, we will clearly define the overall scope, direction, and parameters of this project and, after measuring your property, we will produce a landscape design showing the elements of your existing landscape. We will also provide you an estimate of what it will take to build your landscape, general information about construction methods, and some early suggestions for plants and materials. We will agree on the project parameters and move forward through more detailed specifics of the design process. Once we have agreed on a preliminary budget and design, we will refine the layout, plant selection, materials for hardscapes, soil testing (if necessary) and inventory and analysis of existing plants that you wish to keep. Many questions will be asked and answered, new ideas will surface, and early ideas might be let go. In the end, you will have a detailed landscape plan, timeline, and line item budget.
We are well versed in efficient building processes and the workflow for staging the project installation. We also have a wealth of knowledge about the best construction methods to complete the work.
